Open House

So my roomate mentioned to me that it has been over 2 weeks since last I blogged. So let's see what I was talking about when I last blogged.

"Viewing of Harry Potter..." while that was long time ago
"Reading the Republic..." still doing that
"GPA raising..." doing good there

Wow I really wasn't very informative about anything was I? Well the reason that I hadn't been blogging was because of Cal Poly's Open House. On April 26th, last saturday, I helped set up the Cal Poly Ballroom's booth. I switched between that and the fencing booth all day. That was a really long day. I forgot, for Open House ballroom designed and had made t-shirts. Most excellent t-shirts they are too. Front
Only $12.00!!!

Let's see what else. In fencing we have stopped epee and are now switching to sabre. I was really starting to like epee too. Oh well, in another few weeks I'll be going back to foil. Speaking of foil, I'm going to a tournament the weekend of May 16. Speaking of weekends. This weekend I am leaving for what is called wildflower. Basically a bunch of Poly students are recruited to go help out at this huge triathalon event. The students work during the day and party during the night. We'll see hwo that goes, especially since it's supposed to be raining this weekend. Yippee! Did I mention that it's camping? The best weather to be outside in!

On another note there is now only 1 month and 9 days til I turn 21. Wow I'm old! (but I'll be able to drink)

I'm doing really well in all my classes and enjoying having some free time. With my free time I built myself a really cool work bench outside. I will have to get a picture of that up soon. We'll see if that happens or not. What gave me the urge for the table was that I want to build a model castle. I've already got all the paper designs laid out. I need to finish putting some rain cover on my work bench and then I'll be able to get started on that. I'll have my very own little work area. Cool!

Well that's all for now. I'll talk to you all later.
